Common Questions

How do I book a session?

What is the first session like?

Booking is simple. Reach out via the contact form above or email us. We’ll help you find a session time that fits your family’s schedule.

The first session is a gentle way for us to meet and see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what’s going on and your goals for therapy, at your own pace.

Is therapy confidential?
Fees and Insurance

Your privacy is our priority. What you share is confidential, with specific safety exceptions required by law, which we’ll discuss clearly from the start.

We provide a detailed receipt for easy reimbursement. Contact us for specific fee details.

Online
What if I need to cancel?

All our therapy sessions are now held exclusively online. This virtual approach provides a warm, flexible, and private way for youth and parents to work with us from the safety and comfort of their own home.

Life is busy! If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This helps us open that time for another family seeking support.

Do parents join sessions?
Who do you help?

For younger ones, parents are vital partners. With teens, we provide more individual space while still keeping families connected and supported.

We specialize in children, youth, and young adults (up to age 25). We’re here for any young person navigating life's complex ‘next chapters’.
